Ocuflox Dosage
Ocuflox Dosage for Conjunctivitis

The standard dose of Ocuflox for treating bacterial conjunctivitis (commonly called "pink eye") is one or two drops in the infected eye every two to four hours for two days, and then one or two drops four times a day for five more days. The dose is usually the same in children and adults.

Ocuflox Dosage for Corneal Ulcer

When treating a corneal ulcer, Ocuflox eye drops are used frequently, especially in the first couple of days of treatment.

The standard Ocuflox dosage for treating corneal ulcers in adults and children is as follows:

- Days 1 and 2: One or two drops in the affected eye every 30 minutes while awake and one or two drops in the affected eye overnight, four to six hours after going to bed.
- Days 3 through 7 to 9: One or two drops into the affected eye every hour while awake.
- Day 7 to 9 through the end of treatment: One or two drops into the affected eye four times a day.

Your healthcare provider will determine how many days you need to continue using Ocuflox.
